Participation is generally reserved for members of Scouting Nederland or groups affiliated with WOSM or WAGGGS (international scouting organizations).
Exceptions: Parents/guardians accompanying a child who is a member of the aforementioned organizations. Former members who are no longer active but have attended the camp in recent years without a major interruption (maximum 2-year gap). For any other special circumstances, please contact the secretariat.
Registration is handled through our internal registration system.
Registration & Merchandise Guide
Returning Participants: You can log in using your credentials from last year.
Forgot your username or password? Contact us at: inschrijvingen@4daagsekamp.nl.
New Participants: Please send an email to inschrijvingen@4daagsekamp.nl with your initials, first name, last name, date of birth, and Scouting membership number. We will create an account for you and send the details via email.
Security: Upon your first login, you will be required to choose a new password to ensure the security of your data.
System Menu Overview
Once logged in, you will see a menu at the top of your screen:
- Home: The main dashboard where you can view your personal details and any linked children.
- Registration (Inschrijven): View all registration options:
- Walker (Loper): Register to participate in the camp as a walker.
- External Walker (Loper Extern): Register as an external walker.
- Supporter (Ondersteuner): Register as a supporter.
- Note: Supporters are not staff members; they provide support for one or more specific walkers.
- Staff (Medewerker): Register as a staff member for the camp.
- Staff Child (Kind Medewerker): Register your child(ren) for the camp.
- Guest (Gast): Register a guest for the camp.
- Order Merchandise
- (Merchandise Bestellen): Use this option to purchase official merchandise.
- Wake-up Times (Wekken): Set your preferred wake-up times here.
- Participant (Deelnemer):
- My Registrations: View all your registrations and download your invoices.
- My Orders: View your merchandise orders and download invoices.
- Personal Data: Edit specific personal details. For changes that cannot be made manually, please email inschrijvingen@4daagsekamp.nl.
- Logout: Securely log out of the system.
Please note: The system does not currently send automated emails. You are responsible for downloading your own invoices from the portal.
Important Information
Merchandise: Orders can be placed until June 1st, 2026. After this date, items will only be available at the VIP (subject to availability).
Support: If you have questions or encounter issues, email inschrijvingen@4daagsekamp.nl. If you lose your password, we will send a temporary one as soon as possible.
